So on Sunday, May 15th 2011, I made my journey up to Cold Lake. It was a lovely drive as you can see from the map below
325km of open roads and trees
The towns I drove through on my way to Cold Lake were Viking, Two Hills, St. Paul and Bonnyville before I reached my destination. It was a beautiful drive, starting in prairie country and the slow transformation of the land to more hills and trees before finally getting to the lake filled part of eastern Alberta. I am excited to be living in this community and expand myself for personally and professionally.That's just a random YouTube video I found taking a look at Cold Lake from above.
